Seaside Hills Residence Project: The project is located in Al Zawraa area on the seaside, established by Al Zawraa Development Company. This is a joint project between the Ajman government and Solidere International. The building consists of three interconnected towers, housing only 90 properties. Luxury apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms are available, as well as exclusive four-bedroom penthouse apartments and Seaside Hills villas with stunning views of the waterfront. 15 villas have been executed by Salmanko according to the agreement with Al Zawraa, with a total cost of 40 million dirhams.
